OBJECT
These Terms of Use regulate the use of our services, without prejudice to Link Gestió del Coneixement S.L reserving the right to modify the presentation and configuration thereof, as well as the conditions required for access and/or use. Access to and use of the contents after the entry into force of its modifications or changes, implies acceptance thereof. However, Link Gestió del Coneixement S.L will send notification to users in case of substantial modifications of the conditions.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND GUARANTEES
The User acknowledges and accepts that they use the service at all times under their sole risk and responsibility, so Link Gestió del Coneixement S.L is not responsible for the misuse, improper use or use contrary to these Conditions that they may make of them.
Link Gestió del Coneixement S.L does not guarantee the availability and continuity of the operation of its platforms and Services. To the extent permitted by applicable regulations, Link Gestió del Coneixement S.L excludes any liability for damages of any nature that may be due to the foregoing.
By way of example, but not limited to, Link Gestió del Coneixement S.L is not responsible for damages that may arise from:
– Interruptions, viruses, breakdowns, interferences, omissions or disconnections of the electronic system, the communications system or in its equipment for reasons beyond Link Gestió del Coneixement S.L Funding
– Delays or blockages in use due to deficiencies or overloads on the Internet, in the lines or in the electrical or communications systems.
– The incorrect functioning of the platform, which will be conditioned by multiple aspects, for example, the model of device used, its state of conversation, the software version, etc. As well as the environment in which it is executed, light, arrangement of the markers, state thereof, placement, etc.
– Actions of third parties.
– The impossibility of accessing the platform because it is in maintenance tasks.
– Any other assumption outside the control of Link Gestió del Coneixement S.L.
Except in cases of willful misconduct, and those in which, due to the particular circumstances of the user or the object, a mandatory liability regime is applicable, the use of the platforms and services is carried out at the sole and entire risk of the user and Link Gestió del Coneixement S.L will not be responsible for any damage or loss of any nature that is generated to the user by its use.
In any case, Link Gestió del Coneixement S.L declares that it has adopted all the necessary measures, within its possibilities and the state of the art, to guarantee the operation of its services and minimize system errors, both from a technical, as legal and organizational point of view.

SPECIALIZED DATABASE ATALIS FUNDING
The website https://atalisfunding.com/ makes available to its clients a database with public information, relating, among others, to the search for aid and subsidies aimed at research and innovation projects (hereinafter, “the information”). The database hosted on this website is duly registered and protected in accordance with current legislation, being the exclusive property of Link Gestió del Coneixement S.L.
Link Gestió del Coneixement S.L holds all exploitation rights over the database, so the user is expressly prohibited from reproducing, extracting, reusing, distributing or copying, in whole or in part, the database or its contents, without prior written authorization from the organization.
The owner of the website provides a consultation and notification service of updates on said information, with the aim of providing the client with agile and updated access to public sources. Upon termination of the contract for any reason, the user will be completely disassociated from Link Gestió del Coneixement S.L and, therefore, will lose all rights to access our services.
For its part, Link Gestió del Coneixement S.L reserves the right to terminate the continuity of its services at any time, without the need for justification, returning, in that case, the amounts corresponding to the remaining time to be satisfied based on the signed service provision contract.
APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION
For any litigious issue arising from or related to our services, the Spanish legislation in force at the time of the dispute shall apply, and we shall submit to the Spanish Courts and Tribunals, as well as, where appropriate, to the Consumer Arbitration Courts or similar to which we may be attached at the time the controversy occurs.
